3 main shoulder exercises

In this video, I will show you how to target your shoulders with these three main exercises using just a resistant band now if you are a beginner, I highly recommend 3 sets 15 reps each. This video is really good, especially if you are new to the fitness industry or your shoulders. Need some therapeutic work to it. This will help you gain your strength back.
