Beginner leg work out

Beginner leg workout, the perfect leg workout for you simple and sweet targeting all of your main leg muscles. Beginners do three sets anywhere from 10 to 15 reps each. This video was just demonstrate and show you which each exercises the sets and reps are completely up to you. And at the very end you will finish off with 200 lunges you are welcome :)
