Leg day

Leg Day is non-negotiable. Strong legs are the foundation of a strong body, improving athletic performance, balance, mobility, and overall strength. These workouts target the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves through a combination of resistance training and functional movements designed to build power, endurance, and muscle. Never skip leg day—because real strength starts from the ground up.
